1. The accreditation of participants at the third International school and student mass-media festival ?Giraffe-Mass Media 2011? is aimed at providing necessary conditions for performing the journalistic professional activity while covering the festival news.

2. The journalists officially registered within the territory of the Russian Federation in accordance with the current mass-media legislation of the Russian Federation have the right to obtain accreditation. Foreign mass-media can apply for accreditation of journalists in the order established by the current Regulations too.

3. The accreditation of journalists is provided by the PR and Information Center of the Southern Ural State University not later than one day before the chosen competition. The PR and Information Center provides mass-media and its representatives with the Festival program and all needed information.

4.
